Review: I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 11/15/15 with S/H (total cost $52.48). After trying them, I decided I didn't really like them. According to their return policy: RETURN SHIPPING LABEL:
{We offer our customers return shipping labels for the low cost of $6.50 for one return item.$3.00 will be added for every additional item, and $15.00 maximum.The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or can be paid for through [redacted] Payment, or Credit Card.Labels will be sent to the CUSTOMER'S DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS}
This is my 1st time contacting them below 12/2/15:
"I need to return the 3 items from Order # [redacted]. I got on your site under " Returns" & it states $6.50 for 1 item & every additional item will cost me an extra $3.00 each which comes to $12.50, but when I click on the return shipping label & add for ( 3 items) into the cart , it states it will cost me $19.50. Where do I get the return shipping label for $12.50? Thank You ! [redacted]"
I sent this same email above to them again on 12/4/15. No response to either one.
I sent another email on 12/6/15:"I have sent numerous messages to your company for a return shipping label, too no avail. I finally had enough & ordered the shipping label on your site,(thinking that it would be sent to my e-mail address), since that is what you claim on your site.I also paid $19.50, but on your site, highlighted above, it states $15.00 maximum. Maybe you should update your site if your policies changed concerning return shipping labels. I also find the comment "Please contact us for more information" hilarious since you don't answer your messages. This will be my 4th attempt at contacting your company. Have a nice day! *~X( at wits' end." I received this email 12/11/15: {Your request ([redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.} (I received no further reply from them.) I received the email downloaded "Return Label" 12/14/15. (30 days runs out 12/15/15. I contacted online chat 12/15/15-nobody answered)Desired Settlement: I want the $52.48 I spent for the shoes, the $19.50 for a return label(which came too late to use) & I want a free return label so I can send these shoes back & then have nothing to do with this company.
Review: I ordered a pair of sneakers online as a gift. Everywhere else I had searched, previously, these particular sneakers were unavailable. The order was place on 2-15-15 and payment went right thru from paypal.On 2-18-15 I received an email stating ITEM IS NO LONGER Available. I suspect they were not in stock, at the time of ordering.I immediately responded to please cancel order and REFUND my money right away. As of today, no refund has been issued. I was told on 2-19-15, that I my request would be taken care of. Since then NO response.I feel, if I can make payment ASAP, then my refund, for an item that was not available, should be issued ASAP as well. Charge 24.95 + 5.95 shipping... total $30.90Desired Settlement: REFUND Immediately.
