Review: K Supply company has not been willing to honor the warranty on a Slant Fin boiler that is leaking water when turned on. The boiler's manufacturer stated the boiler is covered under the warranty but the retailer (K Supply company) has not been willing to work with me to get a new heat exchanger. The only solution K Supply offered was to try to sell me another complete boiler at a discounted rate.
The warranty states the customer is required to pay to have the defective heat exchanger shipped back to the manufacturer through the retailer (K Supply Company)
I sent K Supply a certified letter on July 19, 2014 and I did not receive a response from anyone to try to resolve this issue.
Winter is approaching and I really need to have this taken care of sooner than later!
Desired Settlement: 1. Let me know how much it will cost for them them to ship the defective heat exchanger back to [redacted]. I will then pay them the cost.
