Review: Purchase a pair of K Swiss Bigshot II tennis shoes for our daughter back in March 5, 2015 that carries a 6 months outsole guarantee. We shipped the shoes back to K swiss on May 6, 2015 including the original packaging / box and all pertinent information requested (Original dated receipt and $5 check to cover return shipping). Received the replacement shoes yesterday, May 12 and found the replacement to be the wrong size (size 7). We shipped back a size 8 and the original dated receipt that we sent and that we still have a copy in our hands clearly shows it was a size 8 that we purchased through one of their retail partner, Midwestsports.com. We called ###-###-#### and spoke to a customer svc rep named Kelly (not 100% certain of the name). Explained to her that we received the wrong size (7) and just want to get the right size (8). We were told that she personally inspected the shoes that we returned and she is swearing that it was a size 7 that we returned and not size 8. We told her to take a picture of the returned shoes and we were told its been discarded. We told her that our original dated receipt clearly states that we purchased a size 8 and not size 7 so how can we return a size 7 if we purchased a size 8. It will certainly not fit our daughter. Our daughters feet will not grow an inch in 2 months if they think that we are just trying to get a bigger size or something. One last thing, If we returned a size 7 and our original dated receipt that K Swiss requires to accompany all warranty claims shows it was a size 8, why will they honor the replacement claim. You would think that they will either call or email or send a letter saying that the shoes returned and the invoice does not match. You think a store like Best Buy will give me an Iphone 6 replacement if Im returning an Iphone 6 but my original invoice shows I purchased an Iphone 6 plus and not the smaller version or vice versa? More likely, they will bring this discrepancy to the customer to get it rectified.Desired Settlement: All we ask is for a great local California company like K Swiss to take care of their customer and do the right thing and send us the same pair that they shipped but size 8. Is this too much to ask? Do they think we are trying to take advantage of something? Invoice shows Size 8, how can we return a size 7? Not sure what the customer rep is trying to imply that we are trying to do. She thinks we are trying to pull a fast one?

Review: Purchased defective tennis shoes and K-Swiss has failed and refused to remedy the defect. The notice of the defect was reported on 9/29/2013. K-Swiss has noted the report on 9/30/2013 and has failed or refused to remedy through 1/9/2014. The product was a tennis shoe 12, 03017183, k12/097 and the number is ks[redacted]41.Desired Settlement: Non-defective shoe

Review: I called K-Swiss about 2 months ago & talked to a gentleman about shoes I purchased. He ask me if they had been worn & I said yes. They were to small & hurt my feet. He talked to his manager & he said they would do a one time exchange for me & they would find me a size 5 1/2 & I agreed. He mailed me the paperwork & it said right on there a one time only for exchange. Sent them to the company & got a reply saying they have been worn & couldn't exchange. I replied back saying they had already approved for the exchange. They have my shoes & my money. I have e-mailed them twice now for a response & nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a the shoes in size 5 1/2 like they said they would do. If they cant do that I want my money back.
