I am responding to the complaint on our company from by Ms[redacted] , First and foremost Ms[redacted] , has contacted the police and an investigation has been conductedThere has been no charges brought against any of my employees, I do believe myself that they have been falsely accused and Ms [redacted] also has made accusations, against my employeeI believe that is wrong of her because this complaint is public and can affect my companyI do however believe that if this is found to be not true Ms [redacted] can have charges brought against her for the accusations she has madeI'm not sure where Ms [redacted] has gotten her information in regards of my employee's doing something like this before, however that is not trueI have left the matter up to authorities to handle due to the rudely and accusationsIf in fact the said information is found to be true there will be consequences and the complaint will be dealt with in a timely matterI do ask until further notice that this complaint not be held against my company unless the said party is found guilty ThanksK & T Carpet Cleaning

Per your request the service was done 4/25/invoice *** for 75.25 amazing they do not have records of this but not reallythank you in advance for all your doing!

Your employees did not pass the lie detector test ,they also lied about everything I am not letting this go , I will be taking this to court and I will be talking to the media tooYou can not keep me from posting a customer review regarding the worst experience I ever had in my life , it was unfortunate that I ever got in contact with this cleaning company, your employees are nothing but thieves

First of all I won't be accusing anyone of stealing if it didn't happen, and why would I go through the trouble of getting the police involved, and if your employees are innocent why not prove itThey had all the areas done listed then why not ask me for permission to get into my closet , I had closed the bathroom and closet door for a reason , I had my Carpet done before they always asked if they could get into the closet , but your employees didn't and that is because he knows exactly what he's doing, furthermore I will not drop this matter before I get my money back, and I am going to let everyone one know what kind of business you guys runI am willing to speak to the media so people are aware of the kind of service you provide I request for my customer review to be published so people are not falling into the scam I had fallen into

This letter is in response to *** ** ***’s complaint filed
with the Revdex.com on September 1,
I would like to address the following complaints
"

Mr*** alleges that he requested that his carpet be
cleaned by a truck mount versus a portable machine. Tiffany would have included this information
on the job contract. Second, our
portable machines are Nautilus professional cleaning machines with
psi. They have enough suction to lift and
hold a pound bowling ball
Alleges Carpet Was Not Cleaned Well
Mr*** also alleges that he could tell that the carpet
was not cleaned well. Yet, he did not
call us back to complain about the job.
Had Mr*** done so, we would have offered to redo his carpet free of
charge. Truthfully, Mr*** did not
call us back until after he had the carpet cleaned by Staley Steamer. It is reasonable and logical to expect a dissatisfied
customer to contact the business who cleaned their carpet to discuss such
matters
Allegations that the Tenant Called and Complained to Landlord
about the Carpet
Mr*** called our office on Monday, August 31st. During the conversation, Mr. ***
stated to our General Manager, Mark T***, that his tenant is the one who
told him that she had a friend who worked for Stanley Steamer and could clean
Mr***’s carpet. He further told our
General Manager that he paid the technician who cleaned his carpet cash so he
did not have a receipt. Our General
Manager explained that such a practice is not ethical and that the technician
could actually lose his job for being paid under the table. In fact, our General Manager offered to call
Stanley Steamer to verify this information, but Mr*** declined the
offer. I believe the real issue with Mr
*** was the fact that our General Manager refused to reimburse him for the
cost of having another business clean his carpet
Yes, in the end, our General Manager did in fact tell Mr
*** to go scam someone else. I have
discussed this with him and asked him to refrain from such remarks
Our position is that we own no money to Mr***. In fact, we do not believe that he or his
tenant are very credible people

Whatever it takes to rectify the situation, I am happy to doThat means I am willing to come out and clean the cushion again absolutely free of chargeI'll retreat it, sanitize it, deodorize and urine rinse it all for free

Revdex.com phoned business to follow up on complaint and spoke to *** ***, administrator, who said she needs the exact date of service and time in order to find the consumer's information in her filesOnce she has this information, she will address the complaint

I am responding on behalf of K & T Carpet Cleaning,  I am aware that the police are involved and until anything has been proven to be true, all I ask is that it not be held against  the company. My employee's have cooperated with the authorities and has agreed to do anything they have asked while a proper investigation is conducted. So until further notice, all that I have asked is to stop making accusation's against my company until the said complaint has been proven to be true.

It's inaccurate.  This response from William H. Kates (who never contacted me and still can) got information from his employees that doesn't get themself in trouble.  I've been landlording for 17 years.  This is the first time ever I had a complaint about the quality of any company.  Wrong facts: I did request trcuk mounted equipement with Tiffany.  That was the VERY first question I asked Tiffany!I did question when the tech pulled out a portable unit and he was the one who said if I wasn't happy I wouldn't have to payThe service was done on Saturday (they are closed Sunday) and I called at 7:45 Monday morning.  No one contacted me back until 3:00 PM Monday.  How long do they think a landlord can wait?  I already lost two days of rent and started my new relationship with my tenant poorly.  My new tenant was supposed to start moving in Saturday and the dog dandruff was so bad, they couldn't start until it was recleaned. They had a family member that could get it done the fastest.They advertise "Satisfaction Guaranteed"

Mark said he would re clean the carpets, he told me he'd be out on thurs between 2-4, I had to leave work early, never showed up, never bothered to call me, I called him at 5:15, he said he's not going to be able to make it, again makes arrangements to come out Saturday, got there, spent 5 min and...

just sprayed a deodorizer, did not work, called him Monday, he said he'd call me back, still hasn't, the only time he called me back is when he read his email from the Revdex.com he immediately called and yelled at me for doing that, I'm fed up, I guess now I'd like a refund of some sort so I can call a carpet cleaner that knows what they are doing, please advise me on what I should , thank you!
