The service was not completed
The straw that broke the camel's back was when it was revealed to me that they left their tools at a customers house and was unable to put my bed together. I got really upset and asked to speak with a manager. One of the workers called the manager on his cell phone. They exchanged a few words and the movers LEFT. They said, " I'm outta here" and walked out while the manager was on the phone!

I'm not sure if the manager told them to leave but the manager hasn't contacted me. No one has reached out to rectify this situation. Qualon and JT were the movers behind this entire operation. Then had the AUDACITY to suggest they get a tip.

K and T movers damaged items during a move on 7/31/19
I hired K&T movers for a move on 7/31/19. During the course of the move they damage my kitchen table and a brand new fridge. I contacted them shortly after to file a claim which was done on 8/4/19. On 8/5/19 they gave me a claim number and said I would be contacted in 7 days by their repair tech. Over the last 7 days, I have been unable to reach anyone at their office or get a reply by email to questions or concerns. Now it is 7 days later and they have yet to contact me after I've left voicemails and emails for them to follow up with me.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for the company to repair the table, since it was not new. The fridge was delivered the day before the move and through their carelessness, they damaged it. I'm seeking for them to replace the door they scratched or to replace the entire fridge since it was brand new.

One or both of the movers stole items during my move. After contacting the company, nothing was done about my issue and no one returned my calls.
I contacted the moving company to move my furniture from an apartment from one apartment to another on July 26,2019. They arrived just before noon and had completely moved me by 2 pm. After they left, I realized my *** shopping bag that had 2 *** wristlets and 2 *** inside were missing. I contacted the movers directly to ask if they had been left in the back of the truck after making sure I hadn't misplaced the items. The mover replied and said he hadn't seen it. I went back to both apartments and checked again and it was not there, so I texted him again to ask if he could check the truck for the items. He was rude in his reply that he didn't have them, but nothing was left in the previous apartment and the bag was not with the other boxes that were moved. I then contacted the company themselves the next day. I didn't get an answer, so I left a message. After not hearing back from them, I called 6 times before my call was returned. I spoke with someone and they said they were going to have the manager check the truck and get back to me. After that conversation, I was never able to get back in contact with the company. I paid the movers the price of the move plus a tip for their services. I texted the mover for 2 days asking about my items. I even remembered that he was the one that had moved them, because I watched him take the bag and put it in the truck. The communication between the movers, the company, and I was poor. I know for a fact that they stole my items. I didn't accuse the movers of stealing, but I told them that what was in the bags were gifts and I needed them back. Not to mention that the men stained the carpet in my new apartment moving my items into the apartment.

Desired Outcome

I would like the business to either return the items that were taken or refund me for the entire moving job. They guaranteed that I would get all of my items to the new apartment safely or they would compensate.

K&T Moving damaged several items during a move and has refused to pay for those damages. The move occurred in March 2018
My wife and I hired K&T Moving in March. They did not bring a large enough truck and damaged two bicycles, a dryer, several vases and an antique record player in the move. I submitted photographic evidence of these damages and was told that I had to wait ninety days for resolution. At 91 days, I contacted them and was not given an answer. I had to continue to contact them for weeks until they scheduled a repairman to come over and look at the damages. He was able to fix part of the record player but could not repair the dryer, the vases or the bicycles. At this point, I contacted K&T Moving for financial compensation for these damages. They claimed that the matter was closed and I cannot get anyone from the office on the phone or to return an email at this point. It is like they just do not care.

Desired Outcome

I want $500 for the dryer (it is dented beyond belief from being dropped), $250 to the get the bicycles fixed and $250 to replace the vases that were destroyed.

Drivers hit our tree on the side of the driveway when they were trying to back in and broke it.
Movers arrived and while backing into our second driveway, they hit one of our trees with their truck, the tree broke and fell over on the fence, luckily the fence was not damaged, but the limb had to be moved by the two movers and my husband to the side. After contacting the company and emailing photos showing the tree is damaged, I have not heard anything back from this company about a resolution. The do not answer the phones or their emails. We are needing them to send out a tree service to remove the large tree as the city does not allow for it to just be sitting on the side of the driveway.

Desired Outcome

I need to have the company reach me with a resolution to have the tree removed from the property.

Refrigerator damaged during move while in possession of K&T Moving
K&T Moving was hired to move household items on February 26th, 2018. They arrived at the one location and checked our 2.5 year-old, side-by-side refrigerator for damage and mentioned 2 minute dents on the front seen only from a certain position and with certain lighting conditions. They stated they didn't want to be held responsible for damage that was already present. They delivered the refrigerator and took their time folding blankets and getting things out of the truck while being paid on 15min increments, so we told them we would unwrap the items later. We didn't see any scuff marks on the plastic cling-type film, but upon removal there were 2 large gouges on each door. We contacted the business and they offered only $40 for cosmetic damage. Needless to say, this is a ridiculous amount which doesn't cover the replacement of the doors. We are even willing to install them ourselves. Local appliance repair businesses told us they needed to order the parts from Samsung, so we directly requested a quote, which took extremely long to receive. Once we had it, we sent it to the business on April 6th, and their claims representative has refused to answer any emails or phone calls so far.

Desired Outcome

This is the cost of the doors plus shipping. Samsung Parts told us that the door skins/fronts cannot be replaced, that it must be the entire door. K&T needs to order the parts (they have the info on an email) or send us a check for us to order them.

K & T moving was negligent and damaged my property; they refused to pay out anything on the claim I filled.
K & T took 7 hours--which is more than twice as long as industry standard to move my 1 bedroom apartment. Damaged Items: 70" Vizio TV, 43" TV, 4 mo. old couch was dinged and dented, left headboard wing was broken off, broke dresser foot, dinged/dented standing mirror frame.

Refund of moving expenses and financial reimbursement for items damaged.

Requesting refund for inefficient move and lack of customer service. Also, it was insinuated by the Supervisor that I am scamming the company.
I moved July 30, 2017, from a one bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. I originally paid for three hours in advance, which is my usual moving time. It took five hours. The movers were parked directly in front of my apartment at both locations. I observed the driver, Alex, not working as efficiently as possible and talking to people walking past my complex, as well as, waiting at the end of the truck for the other mover to bring items to the truck. I was told by the supervisor, Rick, that they are scammed often and have to take the word of their movers. They don't believe that my complaint was valid stated and that that's the way they do things when I ask how was he going to improve their process. I believe it should not have taken that long to move a one-bedroom apartment that was not fully furnish. I have receipts for my last move, nine months ago, that showed three hour move from a location that was 35 miles apart. My new move was 14 miles apart. This is poor customer service.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund for the additional two hours charged to me onsite, as I do not believe I should have been charged the extra two hours, at $95 per hour plus 8.25% tax and 2.5% credit card charge, for workers not working efficiently.

Worst movers I've ever used. Broke and damaged tons of my stuff. Left heavy items in my entryway that needed to go upstairs and refused to respond to damage claims. What they did to me is completely unacceptable and I should take them in small claims court but I don't want to waste any more time with them.
