In mid Feb I went looking in search of a chrysler pacificaSaw KTS's lot on Lewis and Clark they had a pacifica I stopped in and test drove the vehicle and decided I wanted itIt was on sale for I was able to put down and they gave me months to pay the rest which that was great and thats about where my good experience endedThe salesman advised me the car needed nothing other than maybe an oil change and they could take care of thatGo to the StCharles location and meet with Ken for oil change who says the car doesnt even need one it just left his mechanic shopeventually agreed to change it asked him if they could look it over and tell me any mechanical issues again was told it doesnt have any even though the check engine light wont go off and the low tire pressor message wont either also the sunroof is broken he refused to even look at it stating women dont need sun roofs because of a such thing as a glass ceilingPaid this car off only because I had no other option and will be paying someone else to do the repairsSince the owner has proved himself untrustworthy
