Why the change in your storyThe computer is on its way back to youFedex picked it up yesterday!!Also, when I called you right after I got the computer and I complained to you about it your answer was "does it turn on? if so then it works." Nice customer service there!!! Your company has zero customer service skills!! Bad business all togetherHence the reason I am making this complaint!!
