On Dec 29, Mr *** came to my house to give me a quoteWe agreed on a price and he informed me that it was their company policy to accept full payment prior to providing services
I gave him $cash and was told the guys would come later that dayThat night around pm Mr *** called me that the guys were still in palm beach finishing up a job but they could come the next dayHowever on Saturday no one showed up so I called Mr *** again and he texted me that he had to replace the engine
On January 2, I called him again and I told him I no longer needed his service and wanted my money back as I was fed up calling and trying to reach himHe said he would call me the next day but he never did
I have tried to call multiple times and he never called back
