AT the time of signing the lease Mr*** walked through the home and was told that there were parts of the basement that which are not included in the leaseThere are materials in one side of the basement of which the owner will be using to finish the basement; which were neatly cleaned and
stackedAlso BEFORE signing the lease Mr*** was told that the owner had ONE room in the basement that was blocked off and they would not have access to
Upon moving in, Mr*** called stating that the kitchen was not cleaned properlyI personally went over to the home after the call to observe and immediately had the cleaners return to do a more thorough cleaning; apologizing for the inconveniencePaul DiMaio LTD has acted upon every maintenance request that Mr*** has submitted in a timely mannerPaul DiMaio LTD did have to pull our maintenance crew from finishing some minor maintenance tasks for a short period of time when we had a week of and below degree weather and our company was faced with many people without power, water, and broken water pipesAs soon as the temperatures rose and issues were resolved our crew completed the list that was requested by Mr***
I am sorry that the tenants are upset but we have resolved all issues that are in our controlWe respectfully request that the Revdex.com withdraw this complaint as this is our first complaint in over years of us doing business and we pride ourselves in customer service

Door bell doesn't work, outside light on side and back of house don't work, electrical in one of the rooms in the basement doesn't work, basement window needs to be replaced (maintenance man told mrs dimaio that it needs to be replaced already and it still isn't done), and molding in spare bedroom door way is still missing.
