Review: called mechanic shop on fri. 2/14/14 to find out of business hours and to set up appointment for oil change appointment but was informed business opens 7a thru 5p Mon thru Fri. , I informed mechanic I would make arraingements with my husband whom works nights to have him drop off the vehicle since I work Mon. thru Fri 7a-arrive home at the earliest 5:30p they stated that would be fine, also I informed the mechanic to please check the fuse for the rear window because it does not roll up or down, they stated they would, not at any time did they say there was a unpaid balance for some repairs done back in sept.2013 for the 2000 chevy sylverado, my husband walks in to the shop to pay for the oil change and for the fuse of the rear window and he notices they charge our bank account a total of $236.89 = $122.89 for the oil change of my vehicle and $114.00 for some repairs they stated they did on my husbands vehicle back in sept 2013, when I called the shop to question as why they had charged so much money they stated they checked the fluids and rotated my tires I informed the mechanic I never asked for tire rotation or checking of fluids all I brought my vehicle in for is a oil change and possibly the changing of the fuse for the rear window that is it, the mechanic replied "well the owner is not right now, he went out to get some parts,".fuses were never replaced all they did was to clean a connection, for window to work properly.Desired Settlement: refund for some of the funds, that were charged to my bank account without my authorization.

I have refunded by check to the consumer and she is ok with that.
