I am rejecting this response because: The option to return with the truck to get the remaining items never happened. As stated in my complaint, I brought to the movers attention the situation with the china hutch and the movers went to get it out of the truck My china hutch is brand new and nobody mentioned a loose handle This does not explain how the handle was broken in half in the middle of the handle and that the the round portion was also snapped in half. The two leafs under my bed face down on a hardwood floor and the scratches across my TV with a lost power cord I didn't notice the damage until the next day and then I had to go out of town 50% off on my next move Thank you for your offer; however I would never use you again or recommend you 8n fact, when I speak of my experience I had a roll of shrink wrap and asked them to use it which they did but only on two pieces Why would they pack my car with a mirror on top of a huge picture resulting in the back torn up You stated in the ad you are licensed and insured and now you are stating you are not? I thought movers place furniture where the customer wanted it so I don't see the huge favor. The reason I didn't complain is because of how you blame the customer and refuse to take any responsibility Perhaps I was given the additional minutes because one mover was not fast and the other was on his cell phone throughout the day.

I am rejecting this response because:I did bring it to the attention of your movers with regards to the china hutch. I asked the mover twice where my handle was. I will be home in a few days and will submit pictures. As I stated before my move, I had to run out of town a couple of days after the move and have not been in town

Full Coverage Replacement which is offered by the big companies whose charges are way more to cover that risk factor and other one is the Limited insurance which medium-small companies like us provide to their customers. (Please see the below contract paragraph you have signed with us explaining the details on this type of insurance)"By

LLC for any lost or damaged articles during loading, transportation, unloading

From this perspective, everything was done properly and documented so therefore Unfortunately as we have stated on the previous respond other than giving you a %50 off with your next moving need, we wont be able to do anything else at this point of time.We are very sorry that you are not fully satisfied with our service and hope you can give us another chance to satisfy you with your next moving need! Best Regards,**ATI MOVERS, LLC

I am rejecting this response because:The movers admitted the handle had broken in two pieces,  suggested I use [redacted] Glue to repair it and I had shrink wrap to protect it.   I want this repaired.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our move. I have discussed with my movers and they dont remember any particular damage as you mentioned (other than the handle -which was already loose- to the china hutch). Also they actually pointed out that you liked our service and all...

was done to your satisfaction. They even stayed an extra half an hour for free to help you out moving some things around inside the house when move was done and payment was collected. This was all done by good faith just to please a customer.We provided the biggest Truck available (26ft Moving Box) for your job and there were a  lot of household furniture and goods (Size of your house as you mentioned was 2084 sqf). My movers offered you a second trip to finish what wasnt able to fit on first round of the move but you did not want it and that is the reason of the mentioned items such as garage, den etc... being left behind. We also have a contract signed by you at the end, stating that there was no damage with the move. We are very surprised to hear about all these issues 15 days later.Also would like to remind you that we are a very small local moving company and when a customer books our service, we send a detailed email breaking down the pricing and terms which also states the limitation of our insurance. At this point we will not be able to help you any further with this claim. As a courtesy we can offer you a 50% off on your next move with us, just to show that we have a good faith towards all of our customers.Best Regards,[redacted] - ATI MOVERS, LLC
