Review: I ordered Turbo Tax 2011 home and business edition from this online business, and was e-mailed zip files with the 2012 edition.The Turbo Tax 2011 edition is in CD format only it is not available as an online software.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded
Review: On January 1, 2013, I ordered the 2012 Turbo Tax for Home and Business for download. It downloaded and opened fine. At that time I didn't have all the documents to complete my taxes and just input some information that wouldn't change. Today I attempted to go back in to complete my taxes and the file won't open. It states an invalid signature and to reinstall the product. I can't reinstall it since it was a downloded program. Can't do anything with the file as it won't open now. There went $60 down the drain!Desired Settlement: It would be great to get either a refund or a replacement product that works.
