1.We have responded to the mentioned issues numerous timesIn regards to the vents stated, we contacted and consulted with different HVAC contractors & mechanical equipment suppliers to determine the correct vents for the internal equipmentThe existing damaged vents on the property were no
longer available (discontinued in manufacturing)When the client first stated there was an issue, we immediately went out to the property and attempted to fix the "noise" she was experiencingAfter installing additional baffling, in an attempt to remedy the wind sound the client was hearing, we ordered another complete set of vents for her house from a different manufacturerOnce the new vents arrived, we installed thee new ventsSeveral weeks later, the client again called stating that the wind sound still persistedThis is now the third set of vents and several installation adjustments to try and remedy this issueFinally, in the last weeks, we ordered another set of vents from yet another manufacturer in an attempt to remedy the complaintOur crewman were scheduled several different times to perform the installationTwo times that they were scheduled, inclement weather prevented their ability to access the roof and perform the change overOn one event, the client rescheduled due to company visitingJust in the past three weeks, we have replaced all the vents again and to date, we have not received any notice or complaintIn regards to the broken tileRoofing tile are fragile and susceptible to damage and breaking when walked uponIt does not and did not make reasonable common sense to replace the broken tile on the roof until the roof vents were correctedThe process of the numerous vent replacements requires access to the roof and individuals walking on the tiles numerous timesAs of today, all broken tiles have been replaced.3.We have attempted to clean out the underground drain referenced several timesOur crewman has vacuumed out all the pea gravel, flushed the line with water and has made every attempt to ensure proper drainageDuring conversations with the client starting the first day of contracted work, the client stated that the drain has not performed properly and has backed up on countless timesIn our attempts to accommodate the client's requests, we have come to the conclusion that there is a restriction within the drain that is unrelated to the work that we have doneIn the directional line of the drain, there exists several substantial trees whose root system intertwines with the underground drain lineThe gravel that was in the drain may or may not have been the result of KAs the client stated in the filed complaint, the pea gravel is located in a dog run area that is actively usedThe drain does not have a screen cover preventing gravel from falling into the drainIn addition to the activity of the dogs in that area, the grade run off of the lot also flows directionally towards the drain in questionThere are several contributing factors that can and plausibly has caused the gravel that we have removed to gain access to the drain and restrict water sheddingAdditionally, we were not contracted to install a screen and have made every attempt to accommodate and please this clientIt is our opinion that the drain was an on going issue, that the client was well aware of prior to our involvement

KRoofing is contracted to perform the repairs approved by the client's insurance company, per the final approved scope of repairsWe completed the roof portion of the repairs on Oct20thPikes Peak Regional Building Department is the responsible party to perform the roof inspection and close
the roof permitCurrently, they are eight to nine weeks out to perform the roof inspection and close out the roofing permitAs is typical when a catastrophic event impacts a large geographical area like the July storm did, the available labor force in our market becomes strained and overwhelmedWe have numerous sub-contractors that we utilize to perform specialty trades including painting, windows, siding, gutters, and fencingWe are diligently communicating with our sub-contractors to schedule the respective remaining aspects of the repairs and adjusting daily for weather fluctuations and temperature restrictionsIf the installation of the roof is substandard, we have not been provided any information, pictures, or specifics as to why the client feels the crew or the roof installation was or is substandardOur crews install hundreds of roofs on an annual basisEvery roof installed is performed to industry and manufacturer standards while being compliant with locally adopted building codes. We have communicated with the client on numerous occasions in regard to the process and the ever present delaysWe apologize if the client is not pleased with our answers to her questions, but the answers she's been given are true and accurateWe can show documentation from all parties involved as to why the remaining portions have not been completed to date(Pikes Peak Regional, certified painting contractors, as well as siding, gutters, etc.)
