In reviewing this complaint, Kconfirms that the purchase of the Keystone School courses was made online on August 23, and all terms and conditions were agreed to as part of that online purchase At the Keystone School, we understand that these situations may change and ultimately we want the best outcome for the students involved Even though the Keystone School incurred considerable academic and administrative costs regarding the enrollment of [redacted] daughter, we are willing to forego the final payment of $and refund the past settled payments of $totaling a refund of $Kadvises families that refunds can take up to days to account for both internal review and processing and also the time it takes for the customer’s bank or credit card company to return the funds to the customer’s account We wish the best for [redacted] and his daughter as she continues along her educational journey

Horrible school! My daughter was a special Ed student and got kicked out of special Ed services without probable causeThen they stated we would have another eligibility meeting with kattorneys present! What kind of illegal nonsense is going on with this school?!? No one is trained they have not a clue how to do a iepPlease take it from me you will be the teacher and this school will give you hell,we are looking for other options but my daughter has rights as a disabled child and her civil rights was violated so we are legally perusing a lawsuit!

This issue was researched immediately after receiving the complaintIt was found that there was a coding issue with this student’s file having been marked as not meeting all of the necessary requirements as of July 11, It was on that date that Kwas informed by the Tennessee Commissioner of Education that TNVA must close enrollment for the 2014- school year Because the student’s file stated the requirements were not fully complete, Kwas unable to offer the student enrollment in TNVA for the upcoming school year We understand that this action by the Commissioner has put the family in in a difficult position for the upcoming school year To resolve this issue, Khas contacted the family by phone and by email to offer an alternative homeschooling plan

A KSales Agent confirmed the cancelation on 10/13/ and the refund was processed on 10/23/in full for $We ask that the customer please allow 10-business days for the refund to be reflected in their bank statementThis information is outlined in our refund policyUpon receiving the Revdex.com complaint, the K Sales Support Manager attempted to reach out to the customer via phone and email to explain the delay in seeing the refund in her account and to see if we could be of further assistance With the information at hand, it appears the customer purchased [redacted] Online which does not have offline materials associated with the productWe do, however, offer another Pre-K product called [redacted] Comprehensive, which has associated materials and is a different product altogether We would be happy to discuss [redacted] Comprehensive with the customer if she is still interested in an online product with offline materials

Kand [redacted] are completely separate businessesThe only relation is that Kis under contract with [redacted] to provide curriculum and limited servicesKhas no authority to either grant or deny diplomasOnly the school, [redacted] can do thatFor those reasons we can again recommend that you contact ***

They have the WORSE customer service! They continue to call and restate the same incorrect information, promise to take care of the issue immediately, but NOTHING changes and then a couple days later ANOTHER Rep will call and restate the SAME incorrect info - and the cycle continues!!! As of right now, I'm on hold for a Supervisor and I've already been on hold almost HALF AN HOUR! Again, either they are incapable of resolving issues or unwilling to give good customer service

The Sales Support Manager spoke to [redacted] today and confirmed the cancellation of the accountThere was confusion on both sides regarding the cancellationDue to the confusion we refunded the difference from her original call dateWe apologize for the delayed response over the past week, and outlined we have had phone issues and unexpected volume

Kwas able to contact with [redacted] on September 29th regarding these courses and the amount of the refund A refund was processed at that time [redacted] expressed that she was happy with this outcome

We do not understand the reason for this escalation of the issue. Keystone has offered and is in process of issuing a full refund, after the parent had a few communications with the Math Instructional Supervisor. We've apologized for the issues and are in process of making course corrections so... future students do not encounter the same issues.

We thank you for your opportunity to address this matter and are extremely pleased to know that you are working directly with our Head of School to resolve your questions We are confident that our Head of School will work diligently with you in regards to the final documentation needed to have your child complete enrollment We are very excited about your child’s future

Please note that once Kprocesses a refund request, it is in the hands of the customer’s bank or credit card company to return the funds to the customer’s account K12’s records show that the full refund as requested by the customer ($69) was processed on 12/18/ We regret that the [redacted] program did not meet the needs of this family but we were happy to provide the full refund

The Director of Enrollment Operations at Kand the [redacted] staff have worked closely with the family to ensure all required documents have been received and the enrollment process has been completed Kcalled the family today to report that the student has been approved for enrollment into the school A Special Education Placement counselor will be contacting the family in the very near future to assign courses which will allow for the student’s materials and computer to be shipped directly to the familyWe apologize for any confusion the family may have experienced during the enrollment process and we wish the student all the best in their education
