writingIt is very clearly started on our membership form and the customer has to initial a section at the top of the form which states our cancellation policy and that they understand it. Our employees are always very polite when someone calls about cancellation but at no time did *** say she shouldn’t have been charged. ***’s charges were in line with our membership agreement that she signed.
