Review: They signed us up with 2 different alarm companies and both were taking out money. We canceled and is still taking out money for a system we don't have I won't a full refundDesired Settlement: I would like the months we didn't have a alarm payed back. 548.97

Review: Our alarm system has not been working for about 2 months and we can not get a hold of them to come and repair it, also we are in a contract with them and can not stop paying our monthly paymentDesired Settlement: at least pay us back our two months we paid while our service was not working and get out of our contract we have with them.
