Ms*** purchased this vehicle AS IS without any warranty, even though we offer Warranty with every sold carShe declined extended warranty at the time of purchaseShe drove the vehicle for month and as I remember she put over 2K miles on itWhen she called us with issue, we offered her to
look into it since we also have a garage in a good faith to keep our customer as happy as possibleAfter diagnostics, we determined that we wouldn't be able to find repair solution to her brakeage since we not properly equipped to to high tech diagnostics and again, we offered her in a good faith, free of charge transfer her vehicle to Columbus shop, to connect it to Snap On computer and possible determine what's the issueShop in Colombus, wasn't able to do so as well, then again, free of charge in a good will we offered to send her car to Mercedes dealer so they can diagnose it properlyAll that we doing to help Ms*** since she always coming with heartbreaking stories that she don't have any money for repairs and she can offer us to repay repair costs by making monthly payments etcThat's the only reason we were trying to help her and to avoid her to go publicly and posts complaints like that to keep our reputation intactSince, she don't understand a good faith obviously, we from our end will not help her anymore with determining and diagnostic the issue with the car she purchased from us AS IS and declined to purchase additional extended warrantyThank you!

no warrantee was offered it was not even mentioned John the owner said this car ran perfectly well he just had it checked out though there was no as is mention no as is on the car March is when I purchased it March is when I broke down and sat in my driveway for two weeks while I try to get a hold of the owner I finally got it sent to their car lot on April and sat on that Carlot in till June is when they finally sent it up to go so called mechanic in Columbus and I sat there and until July I talk to him yesterday and he said it was up at Mercedes finally he thought he wasn't for sure as for any warrantee it was never offered I could hardly ever get a hold of these people to the mechanic said that the Carlott was drunk and not them was it any good on it because I spoke with them after the fact the mechanic that's renting their stalls now is one of the mechanics that tried to work on it I bought the car and watch for us it broke down on March I barely drove it and then put the wrong mileage down because I can prove I hardly drove it I sat at their shop here in Zanesville and till it went to Columbus on June and it sat at the so-called mechanic in Columbus's shop until yesterday when I spoke with him he said he thought but he wasn't for sure that it's at the Mercedes dealership he did not offer to pay the full price to have it looked at at Mercedes he wrote me out a paper to agree that he would pay half of it he's done nothing but lie to me I he does not care or think about what happens to the to the people or how much I spent on it The man that's running the shop now had nothing to do with that me and the purchase of that car he's just trying to clean up the owner or a half hour and or whoever it is a mess and he stated that himself My car has sat at their shop or the so-called mechanic shop in Columbus for over to months he did not care whether it was fixed or not and he's not trying to do anything as he stated in the above statement He has done nothing but lie to us and if you could send someone to investigate it because he is taking a vantage of the lower-class people that have to go buy cars from buy here pay here or lotswhatever so-called

This place provided a clunker to me. The guy Kyle is a liar and complete con artist. The car I purchased did not last 10 minutes after purchasing. I literally made it 4 doors down before the car broke down in smoke. Kyle claimed it was a good car and will get me from A to Z. Well it didn't even get me to Z. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go somewhere else. 3 people where in the office complaining at the same time. Need I say more
