Review: Merchandise ordered on 10/27/(Cat Cribz) was never receivedinquiries through message center on their website & e-mails were not answeredThey answered only e-mail on 12/16/saying that item was shipped priority mail and would be received in 1-daysweek later, I still did not have it & I requested a tracking numberNo response to this and one subsequent e-mail.Desired Settlement: My first desired outcome would be to receive the merchandise but after nearly 1/months & no communication, I don't see this happeningIf they are not going to immediately ship by overnight mail my item, then I would like an immediate refund of $paid to them through PayPalI feel that after all the time elapsed & my time wasted in attempting to communicate with them and get this resolved, I should not have to wait any longer for their resolution
