Enclosed is a video taken at the moment dog was picked up. My payment policy is half when dropping off, and the last half when picking up your dog IF, you are satisfied. I also have a lifetime follow up/private consultation for all dogs to keep them sharp.this lady was very happy at pick up and... quickly asked her boyfriend to the second half payment, All of my guarantees still apply but she has failed to avail herself of anything that might solve any problems she has caused with her dog.
