Review: My dog was took there for 6 weeks of training,Basic,I talk to the trainer several times asking him how it going his he is doing really well,I ask did he(trainer) feel he was trained like he should be he said he was coming alone well..It got time to pick him up after 6 weeks there I ask again he said he was doing Well I went to get him and the only way he (trainer) got Tytan Dog) to do anything was always with a treat.I was worried at that point after six weeks No,After getting Tytan home first day I knew he wasnt train for what I paid,1420.00,So next day I texted him and I have them all saved in phone,He said he would come a 2 and a half hour drive to work with me to see what was wrong,But he is Trained??for free I felt after 6 weeks he should have been well trained..I ask for 500.00 back which I knew he wasnt going to do that but I should have ask for it all,He states he didn't know how I could say that and he the Trainer said he didn't know what else to tell me.They are miss leading people by saying they train your dog,He has a Dog Camp.Hope this will help put a stop to the people take hard earned money and us getting the raw end of the stick.A friend called him today being 2-12-14 he told her the money was for the Time he spent with your dog not for the training...So Please dont get took by them Like I did...A leason well Learned,I wish I had checked them out first.Thanks [redacted] in GaDesired Settlement: For K-9 Perceptions to pay me back in FULLAmount of 1420.00

To start with the lady that filed this compliant was not the owner of the dog not my client she is a trainer that is friends with the owner but on here she is posing as the owner. I have video evidence of the dog who she claims knows nothing performing all of his commands. When the owner came to pick up the dog we were suppose to go over things and it's also the time that the owner asks any questions they have as well as practice with the dog. I demonstrated all the commands to the owner and when it came to her time to participate she refused. She said it was fine and she was ready to go. A few days after she picked up the dog she wrote me saying the dog was not trained and demanded money back. My reply is we do not give money back I did offer to drive 2 hours to her home to help her communicate better with the dog or she could come back to go over more both options at no charge. Since she was unwilling to participate with the dog there was probably some communication issues she needed to work on. From my understanding she has a friend who also trains dogs. The friend who wrote this complaint. She claims the dog knew nothing but after only a couple days of working with the dog she taught him to do all the commands I was suppose to teach him. The same commands I have on video with the dog performing for me. Besides the commands the dog also came to me with aggression issues mainly towards dogs but was somewhat unsocial with people as well. When the dog left it was completely socialized and had pretty advanced training as you would be able to see in the video if you watch it. The video was taken just over the halfway point in training so you can also imagine how much more he achieved by the end. I offered the owner options to resolve this issue but the only thing she wanted was money. As a business we cannot perform services and give clients money back especially when results are achieved. During the dogs training I had numerous clients come in to my lobby and see me working with him. Several of them stated that they wished he was their dog, their dog could never be that good. I urge anyone reading the complaint to watch the video befor making a judgement on the business I have worked my life to create.

We have offered and would be willing to offer again for Tytan to receive further training here at our facility.We could also drive to your house and go over all his commands with you. Since you were not involved with asking questions during the exit consult you probably missed a lot of important communication tools. We do have the video on Facebook that shows what Tytan knows. This video has received a lot of likes and compliments from other fans. Since you have a friend that is a trainer I am confused on why you went with us to begin with? You are wanting money back we cannot give money back as it costs a lot to keep, care for, and train your dog. We are willing to work with the dog until you feel satisfied. We still feel it's a communication issue between you and Tytan as the video shows he responds to us and did respond to our staff as well.

And when I took Tytan there he knew he had not been around another dog but a small house dog,so what do you think how Tytan would be around other dogs like dozons of dogs his size,

Anyone offering more classes or to come to your home obviously knows the dog isn't trained!!!

I can also tell you My friend did not have him doing all the commands he was supposed to know
