Review: Took a car to this shop to get it fixed. I was lied to, disrespected, and abused verbally by the owner of the shop. I have a 2010 Honda accord that needed a new computer module. Not only did they charged me for BRAND NEW parts, the installed a used 2008 Honda computer module. The check engine light was on after he installed the part. When the check was done, he gave me a code for a solenoid, which I went and bought the solenoid. He looked at the solenoid and said he thinks is a wrong part, but yet went ahead and installed it. The engine light was still on. Finally I took the car to a Honda dealership who later informed me that he he used an "old used computer module", and that it was a 2008 module, which is why the check engine code was not matching because the computer module was searching for a "solenoid B" from a car that has only one solenoid, "Solenoid A". When I asked him about the used part or if he put in a new part, the guy answered me and said to him the part is new, that I need to figure out whether it is new to me.Desired Settlement: I need a full refund for the computer module that he replaced - for both the part and the labor that he charged me.
