I do not recommend this contractor- KA Home Improvement. Their website states 100% satisfaction and they kept telling me I would be satisfied with their work. I hired them to do some projects including installation of a door moulding. Within weeks the moulding tore. I called them repeatedly and each time the owner, [redacted], would promise me he was coming out to replace it. After the 3rd promise and still not showing up, I just asked to have my money refunded or I would file a Revdex.com complaint. Still no response.Desired Settlement$40 refund as previously requested from this contractor so I can hire someone else to replace the door moulding.More info received from the consumer 2014-06-05I wish to withdraw my complaint. My contractor came today and fixed the issue. Thanks.
