I purchased an eye serum received it never opened it. I wanted to return it because I was going in for surgery. I called and was told to return it and I would be fully refunded. When I called back to check on my refund was told. Even thou I returned the serum and they received the serum.
I can not have a refunded.

This company sent out a sample of skin care, not advising that after a certain time frame they would charge my account. I called and spoke with a customer service rep..he was trying to barter with me in regards to the charge of the product. I told him that I would contact my credit union and dispute this charge. He told me that I could not do this and that it would go into arbitration. For cosmetics, REALLY!!! I said that I wanted a full refund and that I did not order this product and want my money back. I felt that what this company is doing is fraudulent. It is false advertising. I did not give them permission to take money out of this account. I did not sign any documents, contraction, etc...saying that I would buy their products.

I was charged $94 for a product I did not order

Company is misleading with their "free" product and will not refund my money. I signed up for and paid shipping for a "free" eye serum and eye cream. After 14 days I was then charged for these "Free" products $89 dollars each. I called to confirm with the company (even finding the phone number was difficult) and was told that since I used the product I could now not get a refund. I called within 16 days to cancel/return the items and they wouldn't allow me to do so nor would they refund my money. I don't want the products, they don't work as described, and they wouldn't allow me to return them.

I did not know I was signing up for a monthly membership paying for the "free trial". I called to cancel day of charge and would not cancel until next month with a "no refund" policy. Spoke with several people within the company who would not/could not help me stop the charges. I was told in the "terms" if not cancelled within 14 days of "free trial" would begin charges. This should not be left in fine print on another page. Was not annotated in the packaging nor when signing up

I purchased a trial packet for Adelina Revitalizing Cream and Adelina Advanced lifting Serum and was charged the $4.97 and $4.99 for shipping only. Then 14 days later I was charged $89.95 and $89.92 for the products. I phoned and stated that I never authorized these charges and wanted to send the product back to the company. They said they would not take the product back and would not refund my second charges. After much discussion as to this being a fraud they agreed to refund me 75% of my purchase plus both shipping charges. I spoke to agents #442 and #194. Both confirmed that the refunds were coming my way. I did receive a refund of $67.46 but no other refunds. Two calls later and I have received one shipping refund of $4.99 but am still looking for the $67.44 and the other shipping amount of $4.97. I have spoken to two more agents #481 and #243 and both said I was entitled to the refunds but they were not going through the system. Both agents said they would send this to their management/superiors for resolution, just give them 24 to 48 hours. I have been patient and awarded them a week and am still getting the same run around about the system not allowing the refund and again will take it to management. Of course, I have asked to speak to management and was denied four times now. This is not a reputable company and I would encourage consumers to look elsewhere for product.

Gentlemen,

In July I saw an ad on tv for a moisturizing cream on a free trial. There was no time to mention or any indication of charges for the cream or eye serum that I saw and I read it several times. I should have realized that Adelina was scamming as they asked for a report in 14 days and asked if I wanted to subscribe to their program. How could I possibly do that for a product that had not been mailed to me so I had no idea of its quality. I told them NO as I would not know if I liked the products until receiving them and using them for a while and in addition this was, they advertised, a FREE TRIAL.

Eventually the box came, the products from Greenwood Village, CO (877) 202-7581, but sent from a PO Box in Orlando, FL, # ***, zip code: 32869.

With my Aug. 1 bank statement, I saw they had charged me $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the creme. I did not call or say anything as I was using the products, but considered Adelina a scam, unethical outfit since they had offered a free trial.

I have recently received the Aug. bank statement and see that they have charged me again for $19.93 for something called COMPLETE FITNESS; also a charge of $94.92 for the eye serum and $95.91 for the creme.

That box arrived and I am returning it today unopened and marked REFUSED.

I have spoken to Adelina in CO and they will refund only 35% - again a fraudulent scam , keeping most of what they have charged.

I never want to see another box from them or a bill and expect to see a notice that funds, partial, will be credited to my credit card. They said I would have the letter in 20 minutes, but that was an hour or more ago and nothing has come.

Revdex.com in Greenwood Village will send me a form to fill out, but I would ask that if any of you can help, please do and ***, please advise when the funds have been returned and how much they returned.

Thank you all very much and I am sorry I fell for such an unethical company.

Sincerely

I was looking for Garcinia Cambogia product and the Trim Organix product came up with a "free" trial offer, with shipping for $4.95. There were no disclaimers or instructions regarding an alleged auto ship and at the time that I placed the order, my card was declined. Since that occurred there was nothing more to make an inquiry about. Subsequently I received 1 bottle of pills and the receipt said nothing about a 14 day trial period, nor did it have any instructions on where to return the item or where the item was being shipped from. I looked at my checking account to see that on the 14th of February, 2018, $4.95 was deducted from my account by LWAGARCINIA, not Trim Organix. Subsequently I $79.95 was deducted from my account on February 29, 2018, by LWA. As a result I called the telephone number listed in the transaction. When I spoke to customer service, they initially refused to refund my money and stated that I cancelled outside of the 14 days, that I had the product and there was nothing that they could do. I threatened to come to the Revdex.com and she then stated that she'd have to speak with management, and that they would refund $59.00 of my money, that I would should keep the product and that if I tried to fight them for the whole amount, they would make fight me because they had evidence that I agreed to the terms.I told them that I did not agree, but I would accept the $59.00 as a settlement and they need to cancel the order. She agreed and said that the refund would be returned within 5 business days. So I waited the 5 days. My money was not returned so I called customer service and they told me that the order had been cancelled and that $79.95 was refunded to me on 2/28/18 under transition ID, nut my money was never refunded. I went to my credit union and filed a claim. LWA lied. The website I ordered from no longer exists and they are a fraudulent company, that changes names to avoid liability. They charged me without my authorization.

I ordered a trial of Adelina skin moisturizer and Adelina eye serum. There was no packing list inside my package. I got phone numbers from my bank credit card statement listing the shipping fees for the trial products. I called before the 14 trial period was up but the phone numbers on my credit card statement are non working numbers. Skin cream 888 599 5086, eye serum 888 727 0471. I have now been billed for the items at full price on my credit card. I attempted to cancel within the 14 day trail period and now I am afraid they will keep charging my credit card. Please help if you are able. Thank you.

I have been unable to find a physical street address for this company. The information on the product jar states Adelina Skin, Greenwood Village, Co, (877) 202-7581.

Purchased product online. My credit card company flagged it as questionable and denied purchase. I then called customer service at my credit card company and they told us reason. Your company was in question. We have great credit and balance avail on credit card. We were glad product was canceled. About a week later, product came in mail. I sent it back return to sender. Of course no record on your end. Then, I have charges from company for 89.92 auto ship. It was canceled right away. I highly recommend people to not purchase anything from them. It is a scam and hard to get out of.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: ***. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/07/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.99. The trial expired on 10/21/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.92 for the original shipment.
Unfortunately on 12/07/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with a refund, we appreciate your understanding.

This company advertises free sample product if we only pay for shipping and handling. Website lists no condition except for 1 shipping charge per sample. They email receipt for 9.96 for 2 samples. Then when I got my credit card bill there were 2 non authorized charges: one for 89.92 plus one for 89.95, in addition to the 9.96 shipping charge. When I called and asked to return it they refused saying it had been opened. But that is false because they sent another after I canceled and I asked to return it unopened and they refused. They claimed I had to call with 14 days to cancel it but they do not say this on their website. They sent info to the credit card company to support their false claim, which they did not mail nor emailed to me, ever and again their website says nothing of the sort. The cream does none of "the miracles"they clam it does; it is cheap cream not worth a dime. They have used different names, but the tactic is the same; they charge something the website does not say anything about. No one would waste time and money for a 2 weeks trial and especially for such a huge amount!
