K.A. Menendian Oriental Rug Gallery

We delivered 3 rugs to menendian rugs for cleaning and they ruined all 3. The first rug ended up with bleaching spots, the other 2 smell like mildew and bled the red into the white. The company blamed us. We were told the one rug had repairs and that was why it bleached and the other 2 were over dyed. Yet, we have had all rugs cleaned in the past without these issues. Now we have thousands of dollars in damaged rugs without any ownership on their part nor any compensation. They won't try to fix them which is what we have asked and we were charged for all of it.
