I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my original complaint, only some of the nail pops were finishedThe septic alarm was fixed, but my yard was left torn up which I had to fixMy hardwood floors around the stove creek every time you walk by it or get something out of the cupboardFrom what I've been told, the brown streaks on the ceiling (3) spots are water leaksThe builder should be responsible for thatA year old home (at the time I placed the original call) shouldn't have water leaking from the ceilings

I reject your rejection.   if you had an active water leak, you would see wet spots.   Water spots on the ceiling.   Even the people that you put this out to on facebook, suggested the same.   A simple 50/50 mixture of water bleach sprayed on the streak will fix.   Its simple. Builders dont repair nail pops 6 years out.   Again. I  am happy to send you the new construction building guigelines.    Sheetrock is superficial and has a 1 year warranty on it.    How is it that you think you know better?   At some point you become responsible for your investment.   Your yard stuff was done over 5 years ago, yet you are still bringing it up?   What are we to do now?  The snow that was on your range and maybe on the floor, did not cause water damage to the point of damaging floor.   Come on [redacted], I have been doing this for almost 30 years.
