I spoke with Matt at Kaady's and he offered a reasonable solution to the issue. He explained that they had been having issues with some details in customer service and apologized for the situation.
He provided a suitable replacement for the dryer and assisted with loading it into my truck, I installed the new dryer and have not had any issues since.

the desired settlement of $450.00. We will need to pick up the original Amana refrigerator when we deliver the new one.

Provided a refund to the customer three weeks ago. I have taken care of them. They are happy and we are done.

We were able to exchange the dryer. That took care of everything. We had looked for a motor for the unit but we couldn't find one in a timely manner. I apologize it took so long.

Youre right. It shouldn't take that long. This is not normal for a wrong part to be shipped over and over. I understand that [redacted] has been in touch with you throughout this process keeping you updated. I understand your frustration and want to work with you to resolve this. Kaady Appliance sells and warranties thousands of appliances each year for the past 29 or 30 years and have been fully accredited with the Revdex.com with an A rating for the majority of the time. We love our community and our customers. 
What can we do for you. From what I understand you bought 2 rebuilt units. During delivery each unit were scratched. You were told that the panels would be replaced. One panel has been replaced and the other panel we have tried to buy multiple times and keep receiving the wrong part. Please call Mike at the Eastside store. I have spoken to Mike and he is fully prepared to refund your credit card upon the return of the item.
Again, this is an extreme case of a difficult part to replace. Please call Mike and he will refund your card for the one item, or, alternatively you can work with [redacted] to get the item fixed. The part cost more than the item, George just wanted to make sure you were getting what you wanted. We are all about customer service and want you to be pleased.

I have called the consumer to try and set up a time to go out and address the consumers concerns. At this point I have not heard back from the customer but I did provide my direct cell number for a call back.
