Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I spoke with Matt at Kaady's and he offered a reasonable solution to the issueHe explained that they had been having issues with some details in customer service and apologized for the situation He provided a suitable replacement for the dryer and assisted with loading it into my truck, I installed the new dryer and have not had any issues since I am pleased with the response.Sincerely, [redacted]

We were able to exchange the dryerThat took care of everythingWe had looked for a motor for the unit but we couldn't find one in a timely mannerI apologize it took so long

Provided a refund to the customer three weeks ago. I have taken care of them. They are happy and we are done.
