Thank you for your respondWe are also trying to resolve the problem in a timely manner, therefore; our offer still stands for check $or $as a store creditThank you for helping us resolve this matter

We have been trying to accommodate the customer and looked into our inventory few times with no positive resultHowever, the said customer has not furnished us with the receiptAs per our invoice terms, when an item is lost or damaged, thank god it doesn't happen a lot, we are responsible for 10x
the cleaning cost of the itemWe are willing to cut a check for $dollar to the said customer or give her $in store credit, if she choosesWe regret the dissatisfaction of the customer but our company has gone through some staff changes removing some of the unaffected employeesWe at World Class Cleaners, respect our customers and all we want is to perform good quality and servicesThank You!

This is completely unacceptableThis has been going on for fourteen months and they haave been anything but cooperative or helpfulI have made many calls to the owner and was never allowed to speak to himWe were NOT given a receipt for the sweater which is what my doorman tells me is standard procedure with pickupsHe also told me that many residents in the building had similar problems with World ClassWhy on earth would I accept a credit there when they lost a favorite item of clothing of mine? This should have been settled many months ago and I will not be satisfied unless they pay me $for my sweaterBesides the cost of the sweater I have had to pay my assistant for many hours of her time chasing down these inconsiderate peopleI would appreciate your help in resolving this promptlyLife is just too short to go through this
