Ms [redacted] .After you call me last time and said that water was running against the house and getting into the house I knew it was not true because I was there in the same complex workingYour concrete slab I did the work myself and when you called me the first time saying that water ran against the house I could not believe youYou were there and you physically saw the level and laser level does tell the truth, you saw me mark the posts at the gate and you physically saw and checked the level for your self and saw that the dirt outside your property is higher then your yard is and when it rains a lot it will pool because it does not have a way of escapeI went out of my way and told you to get the approval of the association and after that I would come back and trech and slop the area affecting your yardYou also know for a fact that I went and spoke with the president of the association in regards to this and asked for permission to trenchBased on that visit you went and asked at the association meeting for permission and they rejected your requestI do go the extra mile when one of my clients has a concern, but since you have disided to let your frustration out to the public I think you should tell the whole truth because I can add, to solve this issue, I came to you the same day you called (which was week after rain,) I went to meet the president of the association, I requested you go to the next meeting and request permission, overmore I can go and get the list of members at the meeting and a copy of the denial and the explanationYour defamatory actitud and comments are all untrue and must stop or legal action will be taken and you you will be sue for defamation
I am rejecting this response because: the President has nothing to do with this Just because one has a green card and the other is a citizen, does not mean Tax's are being deducted from their pay or that they are employees, That just proved you lied about doing the job yourselfTo quote myself I said "the association was not going to approve the drain you wanted to put in " I am going to make a video of the water going towards the house from the joints on Saturday Feb25, 2017, with the sloppy job that was done - not using the Level while the cement was being laid does not mean it was sloped correctlythe cement on the door frame and glass shows how sloppy the job wasThe association will not aprove the drain, it is not necessary the water is not coming from outside the fence, the video will prove itabout you loosing business - good I wouldn,t want anyone else have this hassle and waste their money, like you told me on the last phone call and I quote you " it wouldn't benefit me " in other words you don't want to clean or fix your sloppy job
