I am rejecting this response because:Yet again in their response they have refused to acknowledge the egregiousness of what happenedAs stated in my initial complaint; aside from the issue with the hair, the BUSINESS OWNER:1- REFUSED TO SPEAK with the complainant2- lied and said she would call the complainant once she left the establishment (which she did not)3- refused to even issue an apology for what happened 4- refused to come to the establishment With most established business that are serious and last long; one of their major cornerstones is priding themselves on customer serviceAt the very least, the customer service displayed by this business is seriously subpar and the "beyond reproach" attitude displayed by the male front desk manager along with the owner should be unacceptable in any legitimate business atmosphere.When the complainant visited the establishment on the date the incident occurred, she did not go there to create a scene, to argue, nor to fightShe simply went there to say what happened, get an apology, and get her $refundedNo one asked them to admit to using chemicals / relaxers; we have our opinion and they have theirs.On the date in question, employees of the establishment showed products they used in an effort to show that they use no chemicalsThis does not show what is in the product nor what could have been mixed into an open bottleWe went back and forth regarding that, but at the end of the day we do not have a lab to test their products; so we cannot prove what was actually used at the moment.We addressed the front desk manager and stated that there was a PRODUCT (we didn't say chemical nor perm) used here that changed the texture of the complainants hair permanentlyThis is a fact and is non debatableFor that reason alone we asked for some notion of sympathy be shown and out of good faith and good business practices, and that they refund the money paid for the serviceThat is what they refused to doTheir error here lies within arrogance Their notion that they have "reason to believe" that the complainant is acting on the behalf of a competitor is just ridiculous and a bad attempt at the owner to deflect the responsibility of providing good customer serviceThe complainant is a stay at home mom with a familyShe does not work nor promote the business of any competitor of theirsFor them to have the audacity to think that an AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN who has had natural hair for years would make up a story and DESTROY her NATURAL HAIR just as an attempt to damage their reputation is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and downright disrespectfulThat alone displays how out of touch the owner of this salon is with their customer base.Looking at ***, we can see that people have complained about this issueInstead of thinking someone is out to get them, maybe they should look internally at the products they are using, re-evaluate them, maybe put up signs or postings of the products they use, and go from thereThere is no collusion here; all the complainant wanted was an apology for what happened to her hair (not an admission of guilt or admission of use of a chemical from them), and a refund of $Nothing more, nothing less.For the legitimate "Christian-based" business they claim to be, their behavior is highly Un-Christian like.

Claims to be working with a competitor will also be proven to be inaccurateThe response states that they do not have relaxers however their are customers on yelp that have had relaxer serviceI also have pictures, family and friends that an attest to the change in my hair textureI also went to a professional hair stylist who examined my hair and affirmed that based on the extent of hair damage and texture that my hair underwent some chemical process

impossible for this customer to have had relaxer applied to her hair by Kabelly Dominican Hair Salon.Kabelly Dominican Hair Salon does not offer relaxer products because it is proud of its ability to produce excellent results using the totally natural round brush technique. The great service they provide is evidenced by their many happy clients, who repeatedly honor Kabelly Dominican Hair Salon with their business.In fact, Kabelly Dominican Hair Salon has reason to believe that this customer is acting on behalf of a competitor to attempt to damage Kabelly Dominican Hair Salon's reputation. Notably, another person filed a remarkably similar complaint within days of this complaint.
