Mr [redacted] came to our dealership to have the water leak issue repairedWe provided Mr [redacted] with a vehicle while we worked on his car We took both A pillar covers off in order to inspect for any leaks We also took the foot well covers and removed the carpet to check for leaks We then water tested the vehicle for an hour and no leaks were foundWe let the vehicle run with the A/C and found the drain was not hooked up correctly from the factory We reconnected and retested for leaks and none were found As far as the radio concern, we test drove the vehicle to try to duplicate the problem and was unable to duplicate it No updates are available at this time We apologize for the inconvenience

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the complaint wasn't solely the result of a trade in and its market valueThe complaint is mainly regarding the complete misrepresentations and out right lying done by the employees at this location to coax potential buyers into the dealershipDupage never at any time planned on honoring the price quoted to me, knowing it would result in me wasting a day driving through a snow storm to come inThis unethical practice seems to be the long standing reputation of Dupage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep as hundreds of reviews and complaints from different customers state the sameThe attitudes of the employees and overall experience was abhorrent Sincerely, [redacted]

In regards to the complaint from John [redacted] unfortunately we the dealership do not make the rules or eligibility requirements for the incentives The incentives (rebates) are based on where the vehicle is being titled Before John [redacted] drove from Iowa we went over the incentives We do agree there was a misunderstanding with the military incentive Because of the misunderstanding DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is willing to give John $as a good will gesture

I spoke with Corrina regarding her complaint Corrina purchased a 8/Added Care Plus with a $deductible As a good will gesture DuPage has agreed to change her coverage to a Maximum Care with a $deductible We had to have [redacted] Service change the coverage which is now complete I forwared the proof of change to Corrina

The service contract has been cancelled based on the communications from this compliant Unfortunately the sales tax was not included at any timeThe refund for the service contract will be mailed to Anthony [redacted]

I Mandy [redacted] spoke with Elizabeth and apologized for the delay in getting her the $referral check DuPage Dodge has mailed a check to Elizabeth per her request

We are sending the refund of $as requested by [redacted] I phoned [redacted] to apologize and hopefully we have resolved her experience

First of all we apologize for the misunderstanding between the salesperson and Maxine and her brother-in-law Darrell Darrell and Maxine are both on the purchase and both signed the contract at $for months The service contract is optional and the vehicle is under factory warranty which is good at any [redacted] dealer in the United States We want our customers to have a good experience The negotiations for this deal went on for a couple of days As a good will gesture DuPage [redacted] is wiling to give Maxine a check for $

[redacted] had a meeting with the customer on Friday, May 6th to go over all of the paper work Everything was explained to the customer and they left satisfied As a good will gesture, we gave them a year oil change package

The drivers license was left here and we overnighted the license to Mr [redacted] We shipped the floor mats and owners manual as well DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep apologizes for the experience and as a good will gesture we are going to give MR [redacted] the remote start he requested
