[redacted] came in on 6-12-We replaced her manifold catalytic converter She came back with the same issue of a cracked manifold converter on 11-2-There was excessive play in the engineWe advised her she needs all new mountsShe said she will replace all mounts at a different locationShe came back with all new mounts except oneThis one mount was the most difficult to replace and probably was not replaced due to this factWe told her to warranty the work and to replace the manifold catalytic converter we needed all new mounts so that she would not have this issue againWe have not heard from her since Sincerely, Nirmal T [redacted] Pres Star Valley , IncDBA Aamco of Lanham

Dear *** *** Customer came to shop specifically to fix code *** shift solenoid E electrical There were four other non transmission codes also -- *** map circuit fault, *** Egr insufficient flow, *** catalytic efficiency ** below threshold , *** evap
fault. Customer had shift solenoid E replaced prior to coming to Aamco but the code came backWe have fixed code *** Customer came back for a recheck and code *** was not on and the transmission shifted properlyCustomer can come back and we can write an estimate for the other codes. location. She came back with all new mounts except one. This one mount was the most difficult to replace and probably was not replaced due to this fact. We told her to warranty the work and to replace the manifold catalytic converter we needed all new mounts so that she would not have this issue again. Dear [redacted] We are working through an extended warranty company which takes muck longer than a regular customer. The initial repairs authorized by warranty co have been completed. Additional diagnostic are needed. At this time it's best for customer to have truck taken to another repair shop...
