Review: I went to Kabuto's on Friday February 21, 2014, I was provided with my bill which was $31.34. I gave the server my debit card, when he returned I received a receipt which showed he had charged another tables bill to my account, in the amount of $290.40. I bought this to the manager's attention, instead of voiding the transaction, the manager issued me a refund then swiped my card again for $31.34. When leaving the facility the hostess, not a manager, told the waiter of his mistake and they laughed at the situation. I didn't receive an apology until I mentioned that the laughter was unprofessional. Since the manager didn't void the transaction I received $108 in overdraft fees due to the pending $290.40. My bank informed me in order to overturn the overdraft fees I needed to provide them a letter from the merchant (Kabuto's) to release the hold on the pending credit. I went back to Kabuto's requested the manager provide me with this information, he told me no, that I should file a fraud/theft claim with my bank. I explained to him that this isn't considered to be a fraud/theft issue, it was their mistake. He refused to provide me any assistance in overturning my $108 in overdraft fees. I requested he refund me the cost of my meal but he refused, even though I told him I have to now fight my bank to correct their mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like a personal apology for all of the frustration this has caused in order for me to correct a mistake that was made by the company, not myself. I would like the company to refund my overdraft fee as well as the cost of my meal.

Review: Walk in customer on 07/03/2013 and did not like the food. Returned food and was advised by manager that money would be returned on my account in 1 business day. On 07/08/2013 called in and spoke with [redacted] who said that he had no documentation of transaction. Spent over an hour working with bank and no resolution was given by merchant. Expierenced poor customer service and unethical services.Desired Settlement: Would like my refund placed back on my account.
