Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The driver, ***, was given $CASH!!!! my wife gave him $cash, then had to GO BACK into our house for the additional $ If there is no record of that , then the drive stole the $from us, then from you, La Class I cannot explain where the additional money went any other way Why would I go through all of this hassle? It is disappointing that LaClass is willing to support employees who steal from their customers Not only that, but NO ONE from your company bothered to our multiple phone calls and emails to try and resolve this issue We do not have a receipt from that night however we have multiple Witnesses to account for this Yes we were upset that evening because he did not inform us that there would be extra chargesAlso, we felt we were being double-charged after we looked at our bank account the next dayWe are over the fact that we were charged extra, but now we are being double-charged for the fee We are only asking for a refund of $that's all!!!!! We would be happy to meet with you in person with [redacted] to discuss this matter further and we can bring our witnesses as well Regards, [redacted]
