Our response to this complaint -*** is as follows -We are going to get Ms *** Croof completed within the next couple of weeks We follow all our customers schedules in an orderly pattern We also are requesting to take care of the front siding for her as well to help the customer out that
was not included in the scope of the project per *** *** , we have sent in request for *** *** to cover the siding However we are in communication with her and look forward to getting her project completed ! I am responding on behalf of the complaint as the company owner We will not honor any cancellations after the day right to cancel Also , his home owners insurance is holding an enormous amount of money to get the roof repaired and they need to release funds so we can properly get the work
completed I have reached out to the insurance as well numerous of times so we can resolve this issue and prevent any misunderstandings I have reached out to Dennis again and requested for him to call me back .I look forward to resolving this issue in a fast and prompt manner .***, also did get him approved and we want to help dennis not hinder the situation.?
