I am responding on behalf of the complaint as the company owner We will not honor any cancellations after the day right to cancel Also , his home owners insurance is holding an enormous amount of money to get the roof repaired and they need to release funds so we can properly get the work completed I have reached out to the insurance as well numerous of times so we can resolve this issue and prevent any misunderstandings I have reached out to Dennis again and requested for him to call me back .I look forward to resolving this issue in a fast and prompt manner [redacted] , also did get him approved and we want to help dennis not hinder the situationSincerely,Kristina [redacted] ###-###-####
