Kadavy MFC Contracting

We contracted Kadavy MFC Contracting to complete stone work and he was paid on the job but never returned to finish it
We contracted Kadaby construction to lay stone siding on one of our customers jobs after telling us it was complete he was paid but the tuck pointing was not finishedThe owner *** promised to fix this issue many times and left the jobsite a mess

*** I hired *** to do a project of building and laying concrete parking on property that I ownHe gave me a bid/estimate via textWe agreed on that price and he then proceeded with digging out dirt and laying concrete block wall and eventually a concrete parking areaI paid him half of said amount on ***Just digging out the pad area had been done *** he had dug footings and hauled away dirt *** was inspected by the City Building/Zoning office and got the approval to proceed *** demanded the remaining money to cover costs of concrete blocks and cement that would be coming and I paid it to him *** started to lay concrete blocks, slug walls, grouted from *** to ***.On *** discussed with *** how much more cost would be involved to complete the project, and at that time *** said no
