THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY RESPONDED TO OUR QUESTIONS DURING THE PRESENTATION.

Review: [redacted] rep delivered a C-pap machine. I suffered a panic attack when he tried to fit me for the mask. I asked him to take the machine back since I was not going to be able to use it. He told me that 90% of his patients suffer panic attacks and that I should try it for a week. If I still cannot use the machine, he will come and get it. When I called to have it picked up, I was told that I could not return the product. I disputed it with [redacted] on November 5th. [redacted] told [redacted] on December 24th that I would have had to have returned the machine by 12/22/13 in oder to get a refund. They are now claiming its too late to return it and there is nothing they will do. I have been trying to return the machine since October 16th when it was delivered. Please help!Desired Settlement: I want to return the machine and get my money back!

[redacted] Healthcare is a medical equipment provider of devices (CPAP) that require a prescription by a physician. As such, we follow the California Department of Health and Human Services, JCAHO, and the California Respiratory Care Board policies to dispense the medical prescriptive devices.

[redacted] Healthcare received an order, prescription, and other medical records to provide a CPAP to the complainant, [redacted] Healthcare was contacted by [redacted] two weeks after the initial transaction demanding to return the device and refund her money. [redacted] Healthcare offered a solution to [redacted] to return the device and [redacted] Healthcare would refund her money. [redacted]'s husband intervened and told [redacted] not to do so.

Recently, [redacted]'s husband demanded that [redacted] Healthcare refund [redacted] the cost of the device. [redacted] Healthcare again approved, and this time refunded [redacted]'s credit card in the amount agreed upon. Her refund was issued on 1/30/14 to the credit card that she originally paid with.

[redacted] Healthcare has received verbal confirmation of satisfaction from [redacted]'s husband.

[redacted] Health care continues to lie. If [redacted] had been offered a refund as they claim, this whole ordeal would not have happened. They did do a partial refund and kept more than a 1/3 of the total cost in their pocket. They certainly did not stand behind their field representatives claims of if you don't like it, you can return it. This company is less than reputable but I consider the matter closed.
