Kading Properties

I moved in, in may of and since the first day we had roachesIts now september and they have yet to get ride of them After numorus complaints, even though the landlord knew there were roaches before we moved in and ignored to tell usI would not refer these guys to anyone roach problem in one townhouse development, and bed bugs in the other!! Numerous neighbors have also complained about the same problemAnd no actions have yet to b takenWorst place to live a bunch of scrums and scam artist!

On January 31, I gave a $for Kading Properties to find a rental for me The money was to be for a rental deposit As of September 8, 2014, I never received one call of any open properties for rent, so I requested my $refund As of today, September 30, 2014, I am still awaiting my refund I have been promised several times of a check, but when my girlfriend goes to pick it up, there is always an excuse from [redacted] Kading As of today, September 30th, [redacted] told me she would credit my debit card What do you think the chances of that happening are? These people are unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this property business to anyone
