Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the broker Mr [redacted] did nothing proactively to expedite the sale of my homeThe attorney, agent of the buyer, the lender all called me directly to get information that they requested from Mr [redacted] with no responseI followed up on everything myself proactively only because Mr [redacted] was not following up at allHe was only forwarding messages to me when he got an ipdateMy new agent that I am using to buy a new home wad having to also call the lender and attorneysWhy couldn't Mr [redacted] do this? We are not at anyone's mercy as a consumer and I am very upset with how Mr [redacted] chose to handle this situationI do kot believe that I need to pay Mr [redacted] anything because his services that he promised me was not renderedMy home is finally scheduled to close on May 19th because I called the lenderIt is the broker's job to be proactive and contact the lender to ensure they are doing their job to meet the deadline of the saleMr [redacted] did not keep his promise to me as a consumer and because of that I should not have to pay

She received a check and it has cleared the bank

May 12, 2015 Dear [redacted]:   I am in receipt of you E-mail of the complaint of [redacted] #[redacted]. I am sorry it has got to the point that you were bothered with.   We had MS. [redacted] Mobile Home for sale. We finally received a contract on it from another Real Estate Company....

Closing was going slow and Ms. [redacted] was getting upset and extremely disrespectful to the agent that was handling it. I as the Broker-in-Charge took over to try to calm her down.  The other agentfrom [redacted] kept giving us excuses why it was taking so long. I finally called the lender myself (which is not normal) and found out from him that the other agent did not tell him it was a Mobile home and he found out when the appraisal came back. Most banks will not finance Mobile Homes, but fortunately the bank he was working with did, but it requires significant additional information, engineering studies, ect. Ms. [redacted] was calling everyone both agents, attorney, and the lender also, I believe, with very aggressive behavior. In my 22 years as an agent I do not believe I have run across someone so nasty.  It is obvious the other agent is relatively new and inexperienced has made some errors, I have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] at least every other day either by phone or E-mail. I additionally have contacted her with any updates, but I am not in control of what the buyer or their agent, or their bank do so there is no way I can control their closing. I am at their mercy as much as Ms. [redacted] is. The agent called today to say finally the closing will be this coming Monday afternoon. I immediately sent the message to MS. [redacted]. She texted me back and said she could not do it in the afternoon only in the Morning. I thought after all this, what is next.  It is now scheduled for Tuesday May 19th in the AM. My agents and I have gone to great lengths to satisfy Ms. [redacted]. Far and beyond the ordinary.  It is a shame someone you work so hard for is so disrespectful, derogatory and unappreciative of you actions.   Respectfully Yours,   [redacted].
