Kaelin's Market

Review: The checker rung up three items that were not bagged and did not make it in my basket. At home I noticed they were missing. When I called the store and I spoke with two individuals. I explained that these items were not in my car and I did not leave them in the basket in the parking lot. They spoke with the clerk listed on my receipt and she stated that she did not remember seeing those items left on the check out counter. They stated their policy was not to replace the missing items. I was charged for items that never made it out of the store and that store refused to replace those items. Date of purchase 1/20/2014, Three missing items were Best Yet Cheese $2.59, ESP Flour Tortilla $2.19, Kaleins Tortilla $1.69 for a total of $6.47. Receipt info: transaction occurred on Lane #**, Cashier #** on 1/20/14 at 16:10. Ref/Seq #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want Kaelin's to mail me a check for $6.47 to cover the items that I paid for that I did not receive.
