WE ARE SORRY THAT *** DID NOT LIKE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE EST „LOOKING AT THE ORIG WORK ORDER THAT *** SIGNED OUR EST WAS FOR A BAL OF INCLUDED OURTIME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE FAILURE EXPLAINT TO *** WHAT WAS THE FAILURE OUR PARTS WOULD COME FROM HONDA MFG NOT FROM THE INTERNET FILLED WITH UN RELIABLE KNOCK OFF PARTSSOLD FOR A FRACTION OF OEM PRICES AS SAID BWE EXPLAINED TO *** WHAT WE FOUND AND WHY THIS TIME WAS APPROX MINS WHICH COVERS OUR TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT *** FAILURE WE DID HAVE THE CARB BOWL NUT LOOSE TO EXAMINE THE QUALITY OF FUEL IN THE CARB TO CONFIRM FAILURE SOOOO PLEASE UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT OUR ESTIMATES THAT , THAT IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT MANY CUSTOMERS USE OUR FINDINGS AND REPAIR THEMSELVES, THIS IS THE LARGEST REASON WE CHARGE AN EST FEE, WHICH IS ALLOWED BY STATE LAW, AT THIS TIME KAGEYS IS STILL NOT REFUNDING ANY EST FEE FOR OUR TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE FAILURE AND EXPLAINING SAME TO *** AND IF *** WAS ABLE TO USE THIS INFO TO REPAIR HIS UNIT, GOOD FOR HIM AND HE IS WELCOME
