[redacted]My major concern is that they misdiagnosed what was wrong with my pressure washer. As stated in my original complaint, all that was wrong was that the air filter was dirty. I replaced it myself at a cost of $8.19 and it has run perfectly ever since. Their estimate to repair it was an additional $130.00 and if they would have replaced the carburator, it would not have solved the problem of not being able to start the engine. Wouldnt you think that after being in business for such a long time, they would know how to properly diagnose a small engine starting problem. Their name is called Kageys "SMALL ENGINE" REPAIR. I feel that there was a deliberate attempt to substantially overcharge me that the general public should be aware of.
