This will be the hotels last response to this complaint as we have responded numerous times, along with the credit card company's rejection of [redacted] disputed charge of a cancellation fee [redacted] DID in fact approve of the late cancellation penaltyThe hotel performed it's duty by informing [redacted] of the cancellation policy and penalty for a late cancellation or early departureAll confirmations [redacted] received from the third party she made her reservation stated the cancellation penalty and policy [redacted] also signed her registration which stated the check out datesUpon her early departure [redacted] was informed of the cancellation penalty once again, when she was presented with the invoice upon check out and she did not dispute the charge at this timeThe practice of late cancellation and early departure penalties are standard hotel practices and [redacted] entered into this agreement upon confirming her reservation and providing a credit card for paymentOnce again the hotel, in good faith waived the charges for all other nights and only charged [redacted] for one additional night due to her late notice of cancellationNo further response will be provided to [redacted] as the hotel considers this a closed case, furthermore the credit card company has also rejected her disputed claim as she DID approve of the charges and received an invoice with said chargesThank you

provided a receipt with amount charged to her credit cardHotel agreed to waive the two additional nights that were originally reservedHotel has a hour cancellation policy and *** *** was advised of this upon making the reservation on her confirmationShe also had been advised via email in our correspondence and upon check out there was no dispute of the charges

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The Amsterdam Court Hotel is still trying to steal my money in this case. I booked this over a third-party Internet site and followed the instructions and I checked out before the deadline. I did not stay at their hotel the night they are charging me for. I DID NOT approve these charges and I am in the process of disputing this charge with the credit card company and notifying the state Attorney General. THEY ARE MISUSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION and I am filing complaints against them for this. Instead of producing records to substantiate their claims they are misleading the Revdex.com and others by saying I approved the cancellation penalty on their 3rd party Internet site. Their hotel had many many empty rooms, and I never approved any extra charges and they are trying to take advantage of me. I DID NOT stay at their hotel the night they are charging me for and I checked out in time so it is wrong to pay for something I did not use and did not authorize.
