Kahle's Wholesale Flooring Reviews (6)

Replying to the letter received by our company, I have attached the following pages for your review I would also like to add that as stated in the Stanton Warranty that pet damage is not under warranty, and the customer does admit to having a dog, which was viewed at the residence by *** the salesman Stanton also stated that the 7-28-picture could possibly be caused from a stiletto heel, and the customer did tell us there was a party with people We are still working with Stanton, and hope to resolve the issue shortly.Regards,***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As I'm sure the Revdex.com is still in the information gathering stage (because there is no offer in what Kahle sent to me) I will take this opportunity to fine tune Kahle's response.Looking at their timeline, when the rugs were delivered and set down they indeed did look great I had no intention of mentioning the pads, but since Kahle brought them up, I will chime in.When the rugs were delivered, they immediately became a safety threat to me and my family The rugs were placed on hardwood floor (which [redacted] knew when he sold them to us) and because there was no pad everyone began to slip on them So what Kahle forgets to mention, is in the email where the rugs look great, I say "What's your suggestion for making them not slide?" I had one guest lose her footing and land on her back At that point, we rolled the rugs up and I contacted [redacted] to tell him how disappointed I was in the rugs as they were a hazard (see attached email exchange).During those exchanges, [redacted] admits to what I've believed all along, he sold me something he knew nothing about and now my family and I are paying the price In the email exchange Kahle says I admitted to having a dog...well guess what, [redacted] met my dog while selling me the rugs He met my dog when he was installing the carpet we purchased for our family room...and when I called [redacted] about the rugs (when he didn't respond to the first pictures I sent him on July 6) he admitted to me on the phone he knew my dog couldn't have caused this damage She was years old and could barely walk.As for the stilettos...this home is a LAKE HOUSE About as fancy as we get are flip flops that are pink or purple [redacted] knew we needed durable rugs because we entertain...the party mentioned was my husband's birthday party which occurred July 12, six days after I sent [redacted] the initial images of the pulled rugs The only reason I know anything about the status of these rugs is because I initiated this claim with Revdex.com I maintain that the customer service at Kahle has been unacceptable And I find it extremely convenient and insulting that they tossed in a car analogy with their response to my family But that's what they have been all along, insulting.Looping back to the pads, I did not include those in the damages I'm trying to recoup...I spent an additional $on the pads, that didn't work and look terrible I reject the response from Kahle.Regards, [redacted]

Responding to the concerns of the original complaint sent to the company by mail, addressing the time line the customer had provided, and providing information from our company and the supplier. The customer requested a refund, which was issued 10-22-to the credit card used for the original purchase, and mailed to the address for the same.Regards,*** ***
