I am a return customer, and for the second time purchased a high capacity replacement battery for a heavily used year old laptopBoth purchases were fulfilled without incidentIn my judgement, the batteries are an OEM equivalent, and exceed my expectations for an aftermarket itemShipping costs were reasonable for expedited delivery serviceCustomer service seems a little lethargic, but maybe they just need an extra cup of coffee in the morningIn all, I am satisfied, and would buy from them again

Our internal records indicate that this Rma was resolved and Qty replacement memory sentHowever, this customer is our repeat customer and has purchased from us since 2006, and apparently he did not receive the exchangeTo resolve this issue we sent out another modules under tracking number

Kahlon has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a replacement battery for my laptop that would not charge properly. The first two calls I was told I need to upgrade my bios for the supposedly compatible battery to be recognized. This is not something I was willing to do. I was told a refund was not an option but I could send it back for a replacement. Duh, a replacement that would also need an updated bios. When I used those exact words (at an elevated tone I will admit) [redacted] became just as rude as the last two representative did. Questioned my character and just started berating me the customer that had a valid complaint. Logic and reason were not an option from any of the reps I spoke with. All I wanted was my money back . Bottom line, the item was advertised as compatible and it was not. Unless I was willing to possibly disable my computer by upgrading the bios. I was not. My advise, pay the extra $50 and get a replacement battery from the manufacturer of your device.
