it resolved into automatic reposession of the vehicle which I had to buy back from ***
I felt symphaty for the
family so I sold the car to them throught another *** institution -credit acceptance corporationwhich is subprime lender with outrages fees and discounts
he was well aware of this deal he agreed to it because his car was repoosesed by ***
car was purchased in september and we did more then fixed and accomodate the customer
with fixing and taking care of the problems
customer comes back in seven months and asks for more repairs and *** ???
maybe we should offer lifetime warranty??
customer is disputing *** reposession which is legal in full affect and it happened in 09/and it is on customer credit report,because he failed to pay first pmt and believe me they try and try to get pmt from customer
customer is disputing mechanical issues months after the purchase of the vehicle????
prior issues were fixed under days
Also in october Isold mr*** *** *** *** with zero down and $monthly pmts - which I had not seen one pmt yet!!!
