a response was submitted yesterday, which does not appear above yet
In case there was an error in that response being received, the response was to read: The service provider, *** Financial, issued a refund of the over payment to the client's bank account via ACH on 11/5/to hit the bank on 11/6/It is then up to the client's banking institution as to when the funds would be released to their account

I would like to inform you that I do not accept the business response in the grounds off it does not state if they are going to honor their 90 days same as cash or if my account is actually cleared off? Or that's what they stated on their response?
Also if the answer to my inquiry is positive, and they would honor their 90 days same as cash policy and my account is cleared with them could it be possible to request a confirmation letter or something is writing that states the closure of this matter just in case it comes up on my credit report later on.
