$trip charge for the plumber to come outWe did not charge the customer for us to switch the faucet out to another new one that she selected over the weekendNext time we heard from Ms*** was on 7/8/15, at this time her sales rep that she emailed was on vacationWe responded back to her email on 7/13/15, at this time was when the outlets and tiles were mentioned of being damagedIf the outlet issue would have been brought up after install or reconnection of the plumbing we could have sent someone over right away to address the issue etcThe tile being damaged, is part of the construction process with granite countertopsIt is not advised for customers to keep existing backsplash when getting new countertopsIt is stated in the contract, if a customer is keeping existing backsplash, that it may be damaged during demo or installation and it would be at the cost of the homeowner to replace or repair. All our granite installers are Union, their work is guaranteed and backed by the local bricklayers unionAll of our sub-contractors are licensed, insured and have been with our company for the last yearsWe do provide a lifetime installation warranty on the granite counter topsWe believe this has been resolved
I told thei installers that I was using the same faucet and they drilled the holes too close and my faucet did not fitThey told me to buy another faucet and that was installedWhen I tried to use it, it did not work, so it had to be changedYou can call Reggie p***,###-###-####, he is the contractor that installed the faucet
