This is my second explanation of Mr*** complaintMr*** has a copy of a check made out to *** Property ManagementWe did not receive said check nor did we cash itHe cannot prove that the check has been cashedWe do not have any money belonging to himIf he disagrees he should file a " Small Claims action" and prove to me and rhe court we ever received said check
